Most of the people are not UseLess; they are Used-Less!
అలాగే, పనికి రాని వాళ్ళందరూ పనికిరాని వాళ్ళు కాదు!!
Especially in case of youth/college-students (lots of them.. we train) we observe that they are not given enough interesting work. There is no rigor. It is not that they are not capable. They are not given the right challenges.
