Why would HEALTH not spread like COLD ?

(my conversation with my daughter, last night .....in telugu)
 
Sreenath: Prakritee, you should wear a sweater in this weather.  
Prakriti: Why?
 
Sreenath: Else, you will catch Cold and will not enjoy your school.

Prakriti: Why?
 
Sreenath: With Cold, you will feel uncomfortable and you might also spread it to other kids.

Prakriti: Why will I spread Cold?
 
Sreenath: Because, it is contagious.

Prakriti: So, if I am Healthy, can I spread Health?
 
Sreenath: !?!?!?
(Some Questions Better Go Unanswered ... May be the seeker would explore the possibilities. 
May be there is a possibility of spreading even the good things like a virus).
